The 51������ Gallery of Art proudly presents Frontera, an exhibition of prints designed by 27 artists, all with different perspectives on the topic ‘Frontier.’

Beginning with an opening reception at noon, Wednesday, Jan. 23, in the 51������ Gallery of Art, the exhibition will be open to the public Jan. 24- Feb. 28, 2019.

Students and community members are invited to view a variety of printmaking styles, presented by skilled artists from around the country.

“A frontier might have to do with open land, or it might have to do with new developments in a field,” said 51������ Art Gallery Director Nancy Hathaway. “Artists were instructed to create artwork based on their interpretation of that theme.”
