Reserve a Space for a Virtual Interview

Virtual Interviews have their own set of challenges. Trains, roommates, disconnects鈥� we鈥檝e heard it all! If you need a quiet, reliable, distraction free room for interviewing for your next opportunity, you can reserve a room in the PUB for free.

HOW TO RESERVE

Availability:聽Monday 鈥� Friday, 8:00am 鈥� 5:00pm

Reservation Requests:聽Students can send request to聽careers@ewu.edu聽with their desired date and time as well as name and contact number or email. A reservation is required to make sure the room is available and that it is clean and ready.

Confirmation:聽You will receive a confirmation of the room reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation, contact the Career Center at聽careers@ewu.edu聽or (509) 359-6365.

Day-of:聽Arrive early. You will need to check in at the admin desk so they can open the room for you and make sure it is clean and ready.
