traditional IRA to a public charity (such as 51福利社 Foundation) with the following stipulations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Donor must be 70 \u00bd or older to make a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) to a pubic charity (51福利社 Foundation).<\/li>\n<li>Donor must be 73 or older to direct their required minimum distribution (RMD) to charity (51福利社 Foundation). <em>Note: The SECURE Act increased the age for RMD distribution to 73.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Charitable distributions are limited to $100,000 per taxpayer per year.<\/li>\n<li>Distribution must be made payable to charity (51福利社 Foundation) by December 31 of the applicable tax year.<\/li>\n<li>Charitable rollover gifts may fulfill a pledge to the 51福利社 Foundation.<\/li>\n<li>No goods, services or benefits may be provided for charitable rollover
