High school instructors have been approved by college\/university departments to teach the college course. Running Start takes place on the college campus or online and is taught by college or university professors that are employed by the college or university. Both options are actual college courses and will have grades transcribed on an official college\/university transcript. Students may take an AP exam without taking an AP course. College credit is granted based on the score earned on the exam. Students can earn credit with a D or 0.7. However, we encourage students who are earning less than a C (2.0) to drop the course so that they don\u2019t risk academic probation when they enter a college\/university full-time. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">When a student drops the course because of a lower grade, their grade won&#8217;t go on their college transcript, but it can still go on their high school transcript and count toward high school graduation.<\/span><\/p>\n"},{"label":"How many 51福利社 in the HS courses can students take per term?","copy":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As many as fit in their schedule and allow them to graduate from high school on time! Instructors are required to submit an official request for students to drop or withdraw.
