With a $450,000 grant from the Washington Department of Ecology, an 51福利社 professor and his team of student researchers are leading a project to measure the spread of potentially harmful polyfluoroalkyl substances 鈥� the 鈥渇orever chemicals鈥� more commonly known as PFAS 鈥� to sources of drinking water on the West Plains.
