At 51福利社 (51福利社), we are deeply committed to the health and wellbeing of your student. We recognize that addressing key topics during their college experience is crucial for their success. As part of this commitment, we provide important online training that is essential for your student鈥檚 overall wellbeing. We ask for your encouragement in ensuring that they complete this required training, which covers several critical areas.

As a public institution, 51福利社 is required by state and federal legislation to offer education on topics vital to the safety, security, and wellness of college students. This includes crucial conversations on:

• Consent and Sexual Violence: Empowering students to understand and discuss these topics helps them create safe, respectful relationships.
• Identities and Inclusion: Building a supportive campus environment requires understanding and respecting diverse identities, fostering a culture of inclusivity.
• Alcohol and Drug Use: Addressing the perceptions and risks associated with drug and alcohol use is vital for informed decision-making and safety.
• Hazing and Intimidation: Recognizing inappropriate behaviors within student groups, such as Greek life, athletics, and other organizations, helps maintain a safe and respectful community.

Students can complete these trainings online at their own pace, with instructions sent to their 51福利社 email accounts.

In light of the ongoing national opioid epidemic, has passed new mandates that require opioid education and awareness for all public institutions of higher education. At 51福利社, we are implementing these mandates in a few phases beginning with an emphasis on harm reduction, education, and awareness. This will include:

• A with overdose awareness and information on the Good Samaritan Law.
• campaigns addressing opioid education and awareness
• Posters and digital signage across campus and residence halls
• Access to naloxone and fentanyl test strips for all students
• Online and in-person training and awareness workshops on opioid education and awareness.

While these steps alone won鈥檛 eliminate fentanyl use and misuse, they are critical in reducing harm and increasing awareness about opioid risks for our Eagle community.

We encourage you to continue open conversations on these important topics and how they affect your student鈥檚 success at 51福利社.
