Scholarship Opportunities

Each year, the HCAD program offers the Maxine Keogh Scholarship to students who meet the following qualifications:

  • Must be a junior at 51福利社 enrolled in the HCAD program
  • Demonstrate financial need
  • In good academic standing, maintaining a GPA of 3.2 or greater
  • Demonstrate leadership and active involvement at school and/or in the community
  • All applicants must be eligible to work without sponsorship after graduation. Preference will be given to residents of Washington State.

How to apply:

To apply for the Maxine Keogh Health Services Administration Scholarship, submit a one-page document outlining your financial need, employment status, leadership role(s), and active involvement in your community to Patty Talbott at ptalbott@ewu.edu.聽聽If you are a Washington State resident, include this information in your document.

More information regarding award amount and submission deadlines will be provided to students enrolled in the Healthcare Administration program at 51福利社 by the department each year.

Two $1,500 scholarships are awarded each year to student-caregivers to help cover the costs of tuition and books. Applicants must be full-time college students at an accredited two-or four-year college or university in the United States, or full-time high school students who are registered to attend a qualifying institution the following semester.
