When you become an Eagle, you join a family that celebrates and promotes the differences among all people. LGBTQ+ students and their allies are always welcome at 51福利社.

The Pride Center officially opened in winter 2010 and supports 51福利社’s LGBTQ+ and allied students. The Pride Center hosts frequent events and programs throughout the year, and you can get connected even before you start your career as an Eagle.

The Women鈥檚 and Gender Education (WAGE) Center supports the Gender, Women鈥檚 & Sexuality Studies (GWSS) program鈥檚 efforts in offering students the skills to critically and actively engage with the world.聽 The Center has been part of GWSS at 51福利社 since 1977.

The Sexuality & Queer Studies Minor, is the study of women, gender, feminism, and systems of oppression and privilege. You鈥檒l also explore interdisciplinary scholarship on lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender identities and histories, as well as queer and emerging identities.

Odyssey Youth Movement

is a local non-profit that promotes equity for LGBTQ+ youth in the Inland Northwest through youth-driven programs and community education.

Inland Northwest Business Alliance

is Spokane鈥檚 LGBTQ+聽Chamber of Commerce with members in Eastern Washington and North Idaho.
