- Visit the
- Sign in using your 51福利社 SSO
- 颁濒颈肠办听Financial Aid Status聽on the menu that appears
- Use the聽Award Year聽dropdown in the upper right hand corner to select Aid Year 2025-2026
- Scroll down the page to the portion titled Student Requirements, Unsatisfied Requirements

Complete the Unsatisfied Requirements
For each unsatisfied requirement:
- Click the down arrow聽next to聽Student Action Required
- Read and follow all instructions
Need some additional help?聽Our聽 provides more information with examples of some common forms and what they should look like once they’ve been filled out. Here are the most common聽unsatisfied聽requirements and some things to know about them:
- Family Size Verification Form
- Be sure to respond to ALL sections when you’re filling out this form
- You and at least one parent will need to sign the form
- See Step 3 below for instructions on how to submit the form
- Income Verification Form
- Be sure to respond to ALL sections; if the answer is zero, respond with zero
- You, your parent and parent spouse/partner, if filed separately, sign (with a pen, not typed) the form
- See Step 3 below for instructions on how to submit the form
- Parent 2023 Tax Return
- If your parent(s) filed a 2023 federal tax return, do one of the following:
- Direct Data Exchange (FA-DDX) process through the FAFSA () from the IRS
- Obtain a signed and dated copy of your parent(s) 2023 Federal Tax Return, or
- Obtain your parent(s) IRS issued 2023 Tax Return Transcript (available from )
- If your parent(s) did not file a 2023 federal tax return, do the following:
- Have your parent(s) verify this on the Income Verification Form
- Obtain your parent(s) 2023 W2s for any income from work
- Submit your parent(s) tax return/tax transcript, and/or W2(s), as applicable (see instructions in Step 3 below)
- If your parent(s) filed a 2023 federal tax return, do one of the following:
- Student 2023 Tax Return
- If you filed a 2023 federal tax return, do one of the following:
- Direct Data Exchange (FA-DDX) process through the FAFSA () from the IRS, or
- Obtain a signed and dated copy of your 2023 Federal Tax Return, or
- Obtain your IRS issued 2023 Tax Return Transcript (available from )
- If you did not file a 2023 federal tax return, do the following:
- Verify your non-filer status on the Income Verification Form
- Obtain your 2023 W2s for any income from work
- Submit your tax return/transcript and/or W2(s), as applicable (see instructions in Step 3 below)
- If you filed a 2023 federal tax return, do one of the following:
- Other Unsatisfied Requirements
- You may have other requirements to聽complete, like聽your admission to聽51福利社 or聽your acceptance for 51福利社 scholarship offers

Submit the Required Forms/Documents
- Option #1 – Scan your forms and upload them online
- Scan the complete/signed form or applicable document
- Save it as a PDF or TIF (Note: Most mobile devices have the ability to scan/save)
- Select Upload XXX (form name) under each unsatisfied requirement. This will redirect you to Etrieve
- In Etrieve, select Click here to select your Aid Year
- Choose the Aid Year 2025-2026
- Enter your Daytime Phone
- Read and 鈥渃heck the box鈥 for the confirmation statement
- Select Attachments
- Select Upload File, find and attach your saved form/document. Once the upload is complete, the attachment will appear in the prompt box
- Click Submit to complete the upload
- Close Etrieve
- Option #2 – Send via USPS
- Make and retain copies for your records before mailing
- Send to 51福利社 Financial Aid, 102 Sutton Hall, Cheney, WA, 99004
- Option #3 – Send via Fax
- Retain copies for your records
- Fax to 51福利社 Financial Aid at 509.359.4330
