Nearly a dozen students –some veterans themselves – helped to tidy up the grounds at Washington State Veterans Cemetery leading into Memorial Day weekend.

During the two-day event on March 6 and 7, volunteers will help to plant some 1,500 native plant plugs.

51¸£ÀûÉç has established the Office of Community Engagement to address local needs while enriching student learning opportunities.
